FARLOW REALTY is growing regardless of the current recession and being in an industry hit hard by the sluggish economy.

They have moved from a small, two room office to a much larger, state of the art one complete with a large reception area, conference room, space for up to six agents, administrative assistant and an office for the owner.  The new office boasts  beautiful hardwood floors and modern décor featuring Quincy’s architecture complete with the latest in technology. Immediately your eyes are drawn to the multiple flat screen TVs hanging on the walls.  These TVs are constantly promoting  the many beautiful homes listed with Farlow Realty.

Jeremy Farlow, owner and broker at Farlow Realty attributes the growth and success to going the extra mile in providing excellent service to his clients “Two years ago I started noticing a growth in my agency when I made a mental switch from focusing on the monthly figures to focusing on what was best for my clients.  Since then, I’ve seen exponential growth,” says Farlow.  “My aim is to keep in constant contact with my sellers by calling each week with an update on not only their house but also the market in general. Our clients appreciate knowing that we are still out there working for them..

Currently Farlow Realty employs 3 licensed agents, an Administrative Assistant and a Receptionist.  When Jeremy was asked what he felt the future held for Farlow Realty, he answered, “I never imagined when I started 4 years ago managing properties that this is where I would be now, so I think the sky’s the limit.  Maybe a branch office or a franchise even.”
Congratulation to the team at Farlow Realty!
